"Cons I was charged month after month for NOTHING" Pros: ONCE YOU SIGN UP THERE IS NO WAY OUT. I TRIED THIS SYSTEM FOR A RETAIL STORE BUT THIS SYSTEM WAS SO SLOW AND WHEN I CALLED TECH SUPPORT I WAS GIVIN THE RUN AROUND BUT FINALLY THEY ADMITTED THAT THERE WAS MORE THAN A THOUSAND ITEMS IN MY STORE AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO FIX THE SPEED SO I ASK TO BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY BUT UNFORTUNATELY EPOSNOW KEPT CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD MONTH AFTER MONTH. "It is a joke" Pros: No resolution at all to the situation. Beware of that. You have to chase for the resolution that might not be there. Overall: Bought this system to improve our expanding business. Bought Bulk import App as an addition to our Espo system. This app absolutely ruin the whole system: deleted suppliers from the product, created duplicates and so on. It was a nightmare to complete purchase orders. "Not as good as they say." Pros: It's a epos system. I can't find any that good to say . I wish I never signed that four year contract. Cons: There are to many cons to name in this section so I have listed in general comments. Ideally this not what I had in mind. Overall: Overpriced hardware. You can get any PC a lot cheaper to run the cloud Base software. Button colours are limited. And the default blue is hard to read. You can't add the miscellaneous buttons to any product. "Never use Epos Now" Pros: Wouldn't know any since I do not have my system. Always get promised one thing and never follows through Cons: Too many to list. Mainly poor customer service. Would love to have my system, but it seems they don't know how to ship them out. Overall: I will never recommend EPOS Now to anyone that is looking for a point of sale system. "Unbelievably Poor sales tactics and Customer Service." Pros: It's potential Cons: Dodgy sales tactics and poor customer service.. Very poor! "Decent but there are most definitely better options." Pros: Price Cons: Customer Support Overall: This software offers adequate features for its price. However, after using it for a short time the problems started to happen and customer support seemed to be unreachable and when unable to resolve this issues on our own we had to make a switch to a new software.

"The biggest Hoax" Pros: When its closed Cons: Fail to save tickets, fail to utilize the cash drawer, printers fail, lost receipts Overall: They lead you to believe everything works like a champ, offering that the system has a queen's approval. "Avoid them " Pros: Lols like a good deal....but don't be deceived Cons: The price and the customer service. Price looks good until you discover that you have to pay for additional support or they cut you off! Overall: It looks like a great deal until you discover that they will switch off access to their software unless you pay for additional support. They are great con men!
