"WORST SYSTEM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE" Pros: I made the decision to purchase this software because it looked user-friendly and the support team sounded great. It was also in top 10 for retail software in UK. Cons: Since, the beginning I had many technical problems and problems with the support team. Once accidentally, they've deleted all my sales and product data during trading! "Avoid at all costs! " Pros: Seemed at first glance to be value for money, great support and was told would do everything on my list. Cons: Things we were told it could do we were unable to find, would on occasion log me out and not allow myself or anybody else back in thereafter. Overall: From what I was told this was a great system however in reality it could do only a small percentage of things on my list - such as remote access, custom templates and access to packing slips etc from another location. "Totally RIP-OFF" Pros: covers most of my needs,not a bad support team. Cons: Be aware they con people easily.sluggish software, you have to buy all equipments from them so not compatible with any other hardware other than themselves. Overall: absolutely rip off, they advertise complete solution for £249 including till terminal, cash drawer and a printer. "What a shamble!" Pros: Product its easy to use but the lack of support or the ability to work when wifi signal drops really let this product down Cons: Support, support and support. "Don't Do it! Go with another POS" Pros: It looks nice thats pretty much all I can say about it. Cons: customer service is a joke, I've sent so many emails and called and keep getting bounced around. They are charging me when I didn't get my system for a month and half got my CC company set up and said I would here from Epos Now to finish the final step and nada. I even got charged for not doing the integration of the cc payment per terms and conditions which I did and called asking them to help me with the final step and no... read more
"Horrible customer service." Pros: Easy to navigate. Cons: Does not have some common sense features used in restaurant business. Overall: Horrible customer service. They do not answer the phone for technical support, but when I called to buy as a new customer, they answered the phone immediately.
"Extremely Disappointing" Pros: I like the User Interface but thats about it. Cons: The constant problems. My system runs so slow my staff does nothing but complain about it. It takes 5 to 10 senconds for the cash drawer to open. The systems boots us out at least once a day. The IBC integration is a joke. I have assured by IBC that the issue lies with EPOS.
