For our yearly gas fireplace maintenance, we got a reminder and easily scheduled a visit. On that date, the technician notified us he was on his way. Once here, he quickly disassembled the unit, checked everything, put it back together and cleaned up the area. He explained what he had done and said there were no problems. He answered my one question and was on his way. The entire service visit was very satisfactory.

Evergreen Gas was called when we had a problem. They were out and worked on fixing it . I really like working with there staff because they are not only professional but also listen to what the problem is and how they are going to fix it. Evergreen Gas installed a replacement 2 sided fireplace. Shaun has demonstrated his profound concern for making sure it is properly installed and that we are satisfied by answering all our questions and consulting us with each decision that impacted the installation and safety of the new fireplace. The mechanical inspector had praise for the quality of the work.

They had " Called Me " to switch my SERVICE. Am in Albany, CA. The Gas Rate was " Very Competitive " @ 62c. " Per Therm " !!! I had P.G. & E. for Eons. Their Rates " Skyrocjeted " ti where " Most Of Us had to Go Without " in the Winter. Glad 2 see Good Reviews on here. They are closed for Thanksgiving currently. Can't wait 4 Monday to Call Them up to Switch. Had switched to " KALLECTIVE EBERGY " almost a Year Ago. Better rates than P.G. & E. , but still Costly !!!! The technician did a great job repairing and servicing our gas fireplace insert. He was very pleasant and professional and had the job done within 1/2 hr. I'd highly recommend and I'll use them again. Price was reasonable for the service call.
We had Evergreen Gas Heating and Cooling send a service technician to our home to check the heating system in advance of the winter season. The technician was thorough and professional and carefully checked each applicable component for the heating system. The cost was reasonable and includes a pre-summer system check for the AC.
The techs are very respectful, thorough and polite. We have had Evergreen both install new HVAC units and a fireplace insert - as well as participate in their yearly maintenance program. They always show up on time and are ready to work. Some might consider them a little expensive, however, they offer great value both in their products and the techs who install/service the HVAC units.
