The service which was bought was for the foundation inspection. They came out and talked about their company and the materials that will be used. They didn't bother to go under the crawlspace for the inspection. Their tactics was try to set up the appointment to meet me in person and tried to sell something that didn't addressed my concern. That cost me $49 for nothing. Just talks about the materials and the company.

from the beginning i inquired with angies list about the details of the deal. i was directed to Everlast to have my question as answered. when i called I opted to get a consultation before purchasing the deal. the first meeting was cancelled due to rain ( understandable) I was told that someone would contact me to reschedule. that never happened until I sent a message to them on angies list. Project was estimated to take 2 weeks and actually took 12. Problems abounded-- from sloppy tiling work (needed to be redone 4 times w 3 different subs, the pics are shocking) to bad communication (we ended up creating daily to-do lists for them since they couldn't seem to get the communication between us and the subs right). I purchased Omega kitchen cabinets and needed installation.Despite repeated request, theowner ofEverlast Constructionwas not willing to give quotes. He kept asking questions about the scope of the job. When he realized that the cabinets were already purchased, and there's no need for electricity and plumbing service, he became completely unresponsive. <p>Absolutely nothing. I was looking for a kitchen cabinet installer and found Everlast Construction from Angie's List.</p>

This was not a foundation expert although the deal was for foundation inspection. They do more general contracting. Toured the property and inspected signs of foundation damage

The representative did a quick inspection which didn't seem very detailed. I was told I had termites in one are which I agreed and already knew that and pointed it out prior. He then proceeded to try and sell me construction services which was fine but I was more concerned in the Termite Inspection. He did not leave a formal inspection notice or post any documents of the same. Refused to provide a quote despite repeated requests. I wrote emails and called the office, but never heard back from them. Definitely not recommend it. I have purchased Omega kitchen cabinets and needed installation. I'd contacted Everlast Construction because it's closer to the area (Fremont).

The estimator was polite and professional, but did not respond to repeated requests for a written estimate. The estimator was also late to the appointment, but acknowledged being late and was apologetic. We ultimately went with a different provider, but would have seriously considered Everlast if we had received a written estimate for comparison. Provider provided a verbal estimate for repair to water damage.
