I had a great experience with Excel Plumbing! Scheduling was incredibly easy, and the receptionists I spoke with were kind, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Max was the technician who came out to install my new kitchen faucet, and he was fantastic. He was kind, professional, and efficient, and had the entire job completed perfectly in about 30 minutes. He clearly knew what he was doing and left everything clean and looking great. Payment was also quick and easy over the phone. From scheduling to the comple... read more
Outstanding service. I have been a customer of Excel for about 15 years, when they replaced most of the then existing plumbing in my older home. Recently, my hot water heater died on a Sunday afternoon. I called Excel, spoke with a human being and a technician came to my home the next morning and installed a replacement. The technician was polite, neat and professional. The cost was on the low end, which is also a huge plus. Excel is highly recommended.
Business response:
Hello Henry, we were glad to help out! Thank you for your continued trust in us. Happy Holidays!
Bottom line is that I trust Excel Plumbing. Their pricing has been fair, their technicians courteous. They've been there to help. Great company.
Owner called me and we worked out what a reasonable amount was for the repair. He was a nice guy and I appreciate that he followed through.
We really appreciated these guys today. Yaryk came out to service my sink and he could've charged me more and I would not have known any different, but he was very honest about the situation and he actually saved me a little bit. I highly value that and that builds my trust with this company. Thank you for being so honest and fixing my problems so quickly!
Chris White does a good job and cleans up great behind himself. I recommend him. His sons do plumbing as well.
I experienced good communication with the company even though it did take a while for the part to arrive. I appreciated the thorough service of their representative and their plumber.
Great firm - used the yelp project app and got contacts for my small sink job quickly. Excel was very responsive from the outset and worked around my work schedule. Very thankful that my under sink water heater is no longer leaking / I had given the college try with 4 trips to home depot and Lowe's to no avail. Luke showed up and fixed me up in 30 minutes - was courteous and polite. Very reasonable price - thank you so much Excel, will see you again soon!
