It took a while and some follow up to replace water supply lines for a European faucet, but the repair was finally completed after a month.
Mike was heroic in clearing my plugged toilet. it was a disgusting situation, and he resolved it like a champ

A big thank you to Mike from Excell Plumbing, had an emergency problem with a plugged up house drain, called Excell on Sunday, came out & rodded out our system, he was great with us , answered all our questions about our plumbing, took care of everything, he was fantastic. A BIG thank you to Excell & Mike , they really saved us !
Once again we needed plumbing help and contacted Excel. As always, very responsive and help was soon on the way. Yuri did an excellent job as he has done before. We continue to value the service provided by Excel and have recommended them to others.

Kurt L is a pro. Friendly and answered all my questions. I use Excel Plumbing for everything. They are quality and reliable. They can do, main sewer liner, rot sewer line, hot water heater, reroute water lines, detect leaks, etc...their process is easy and their techs are friendly.
The floor drain in my basement was backing-up so I called Excel. They sent me a text in advance showing a photo of the technician who was coming so I would know who to expect. Mike L arrived on time, took care of the problem and did a thorough job cleaning-up. The amount charged seemed reasonable. Next time I have a plumbing problem, I will definitely call Excel again.
I needed a new bathroom faucet, shower head, and a bidet attachment installed at my parents house in Palatine, and Max did a great job getting the job done. I didnt even realize the toilet was leaking into the garage below, and he took care of that as well. Max was very friendly and easy to work with and will definitely reach out again.
