I had a wonderful experience with Excel Plumbing (Northbrook) and I wanted to express my thank you for such professional service! Mike L. unclogged the washer and tub drain... I was unable to use the washer as the water overflowed. Nice to have my washer back again! Excel is a exceptional company to facilitate all my plumbing project!

I highly recommend! Excel Plumbing, they are easy to work with, and do the best quality work of any plumber I've ever had! Their communication and work is outstanding. They've installed a garbage disposal in a sink that never had one previously, and did sewer excavation we needed, worked with city on all the permits too. Super kind people as well as brilliant plumbing work! Their prices are definitely reasonable too!

We are so pleased with the jobs done by Yuri. We needed repairs done in several areas inside and out, 5 separate jobs. He's a careful, highly skilled plumber and someone who cares about getting a job done right. His well thought-out approach simplified one of the repairs which would have been complicated and expensive. It worked. Everything works!

My pipes were clogged, and I called Excel to rod my line. I initially had an appointment scheduled for after 1 PM, but on the morning of the appointment, I called and spoke with Kelly, telling her I had an emergency and asking if they could come sooner. She said she had to check and called me about 20 minutes later to inform me she was able to shuffle a few schedules and that a technician could be at my place in 45 minutes. Yurii and his teammate did a fantastic job fixing the gas pipe in my house. It was a challenging job that requires accurate diagnosis, optimized strategy and strong technical skills. The connection between the gas pipe outside and inside is located inside the wall. The gas pipe connection from internal drywall opening can hardly be reached by hand, blocked by wood beams and metal pieces.
