Needed a replacement of my tankless water heater. Excel sent Luke within 24 hours. Received 3 different quotes and excel was the most reasonable with details including labor and materials. The install happened within a week. Luke was awesome! He is knowledgeable and efficient. He didn't give me a run around. He respected my home with booties and mask. He made sure that I understood the water heater the install and how to troubleshoot. Would absolutely recommend again. Ask for Luke!

Update: When the company originally sent plumbers out to do the work at our house, the office staff was very rude and told us that work that was originally verbally agreed upon would never be done by this company. After many back and forths with what I assume was management, they sent another crew out and completed the job satisfactorily. I have edited my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

I asked for a quote through Yelp. I received an immediate response and a prompt appointment for a walk-through. Unfortunately, after that, we were ghosted. We had paid only $29 so I wasn't too worried, but it was frustrating. It took several calls and a Yelp message to get someone to call me back. That manager was very kind and respectful, but hadn't spoken with the individual who had come out to do the walk-through, so I felt like we were starting at square one. Lynden with Excel is our new go-to for any plumbing issues! He came out to check an increasingly-leaky shower, and was able to identify and explain the issue clearly and promptly. Unfortunately, we had not picked up all of the right parts and hardware to fix the problem, and he was willing to add me back into his busy schedule later in the week to come back and get things fixed up. Ivan came out today to give me an estimate which being a senior, I will manage the price,..and he is to come out tomorrow to install 2 popup drains in 2 sinks. I hope all goes well so I can give an excellent review. I can't give any review rating yet, but I will after the work gets done.

I had Excel come out to rod my kitchen sink drain.. We thought they got it the first time, but it kept backing up.. There was a 30 day warranty on the work so I had them come out again. Alex used a different approach and cleared the obstruction. I was happy. Then several days later, there was another invoice for the 2nd trip. I called and asked them why I was being charged twice for one job that had a 30 day warranty? They reviewed the billing and waived the 2nd charge..
