I'm back again. I referred my mother to Excel Plumbing and once again they came through with exceptional work. Plumber's name is Anthony C. Very professional, explained everything that is needed and was fast. Excellent quality work with reasonable pricing.. Once again, I highly recommend using Excel Plumbing and will continue to refer them and use them.

Excel took care of an issue I had with my guest bathroom toilet a couple years ago. They were so awesome and reasonable I kept their card magnetized to my fridge. Late last week my toilet started leaking again so I called them for an appointment. Since it was not an emergency they scheduled me for today. They arrived within the window provided and the plumber was amazing. I honestly forget his name otherwise I'd provide it so Excel could give him further kudos. Great service overall. They were incredibly quick to respond and got someone out in less than 24 hours. It ended up being a more difficult and longer job than we both expected, but Lynden was positive and great throughout. He stayed until the job was completed. I'd highly recommend this company and will use them again should another issue come up.

I've used them twice now for fairly straightforward jobs (kitchen faucet replacement and a toilet wax seal) and in both cases they did the job just fine without any complications or extra surprise charges. I give them points for that as the first place I called wanted to charge me a LOT more for the kitchen faucet replacement. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Our water bill through the Village has been extremely high recently. The Village told me to call a plumber to see if there is a water leak. I called Excel Plumbing today and Brian came out within a couple hours to look for a leak. He found that the toilet had a leak within a couple minutes of arriving. He still went around the house to check for any other possible leaks and fixed two other toilets that had high water in the tanks. Brian was excellent. I've been a customer of Excel since they replaced most of the existing plumbing in my older home about 10 years ago. They have always been on time, professional, neat and have done excellent work. Recently, on a Sunday afternoon, my sever line became clogged up with tree roots and debris and started backing up and flooding my basement. Excel was able to dispatch a technician who stopped the flooding and diagnosed the problem. One of the better repair services we've used. Did great work to replace our sewer line. Great, neat excavation. On time, professional, neat, caring, not disruptive at all. Excellent work, I'll certainly use Excel again!

Honest plumbers they helped out with several issues. No problems since. Always come back if needed when the job is right. Quick communication. Everything you need from plumbers. Could be cheaper but it is what it is.
