I was on Angi's list for a plumber, my pipe broke in the front of the house. They tried to have me use another company,which I had problems with in the past, and then I remembered Excel Plumbing. On the phone they were able to figure out the problem, and we came up with a date and time. Considering I was able to shut the water off to the front of the house , I did not have to have a late rate or weekend rate or an emergency rate. . I spent several days getting estimates on a new air conditioning system to replace our 20-year old unit. After having four companies come out for a bid, I selected Excel...which turned out to be a great decision. Very good company to do business with. Communicated well a d were on time. The technician was well educated and very polite and friendly. The problem, though small, was taken care of with recommendations on how to avoid the problem in the future. I would definitely recommend this company.

I did not end up using Excel but I was happy with their communication and the bid was a competitive rate. The Tech that showed up was thorough and respectful. Wore a mask and shoe coverings. I would recommend this company based on my experience.

They came quickly. The job was successfully completed. However, the cost was a little over the top for unclogging a drain with a chemical. I've had actual routing done with another company (who I would have used, but they couldn't come for a couple days) who charged me half the price of what I was charged by Excel.

This is my new go-to plumbing outfit. Luke is a keeper! From the start, Jen in the office provides super prompt communication & feedback. They even text you a photo of the technician they're sending before your appointment, which is a small detail, but an early example of how Excel is different and on top of things. Who they sent was awesome--Luke was efficient and definitely an expert. Yuri was excellent! Analyzed the situation before attacking the problem. He figured out the best approach and went with it, to an excellent result . Careful and meticulous is how he approached his work. I am grateful for his expertise and his very attentive attention to detail. And a very nice guy!
