What a nice, clean facility. It's tucked away in a quiet residential area, far from the busy main streets. I needed a place to store a car and had absolutely zero issues during the several months I rented there. The unit I got was excellent -- very spacious with plenty of room to work with. The good Easy process with the app for payment and entry. Clean and good location. The bad Big disappointment with the significant price increase after 3 months. $10-$20 increase would've been okay to work with but DOUBLE the price increase is like getting hit blindsided.

I had a great experience with the agents (Sarah and Heather); they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the transaction easy. The facility looks clean, and the staff is welcoming but there's a major issue with the storage units. There's no light inside the unit itself, which makes it extremely difficult to see anything when you're inside. You have to rely on the hallway light, and it barely illuminates the space.
