No issues with the storage unit. I've used this place three separate times and I had no issues with the staff or break-ins. I do like that it is in a secluded area and quite hidden. My most recent transaction went very well. I called ahead to verify the availability and the person who answered helped me nicely. We compared their counter vs online prices and what were available to price match. Anthony helped me when I got there and we had a quick 10 min transaction. If anything changes...I'll update this post.

extra space storage at flower st. in orange is the best storage place in OC!, Also my unit is 4 x 5 feet, and it is only 13.00 dlls a month!, best price on the market, And best of all, front desk girl, best costumer service ever!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I have been storing my items here for about 4 years and just recently moved out this weekend. I needed one more extra day to move my things and was worried I would be charged for another months rental. After talking with Paul at the front office he let me have the extra day without paying the months rent! He was so understanding and his customer service was amazing!! This facility is located in a quiet,residential, safe area and is well maintained, neat and clean. Lynne, the manager, was excellent in explaining the process and options to us, in determining our needs and helping us choose the right unit. She made processing the lease agreement easy.
