What can I say? It's a storage facility. It does what it is supposed to do; and stores my stuff. Their restroom and facility grounds are always clean, their units start off at a reasonable price (will explain below), and offer discounts when you refer a friend. The unit I currently rent, started out at a really decent price. When I first started renting there, it was $95/month for a 10x15 unit. I've rented here on two separate occasions (including currently) and each time has been a very smooth experience. The employees have been super helpful in helping us select the right unit for our space needs, always letting us know the cheapest locations and any specials they have at the moment. They're friendly and knowledgeable and also helped resolve a discrepancy with their corporate offices in setting up my online account. I called the number that Emily provided. It is the same corporate number that will direct you back to the unit manager. The same person that said "what do you want me to do about it". I stand by my original statement. Do not use extra space storage for your storage needs. Also, when I 1st started with the storage unit in April of 2025, the price was $237 for the 10x20 that I am renting. My current price is now $390. That is one steep increase. Do not use extra space storage for your storage needs. It would be the expectation that my items would be safe from water damage however the roof leaked and all of my boxes on the bottom of my stacks were wet. I also had a $800 rug that was damaged. I contacted the front office and they said the only thing that I could do would be to make an insurance claim. I asked for a discount on rent because it took me 6 hours to empty, clean and re-box all of my items. The on site manager said that she could give me what equates to a $... read more

If you need a storage unit, i recommend getting one from anywhere else. Rent almost doubled after only 3 months. They have locks on the doors to get to the units where you need to add a code to get in, but those are always broken and don't work anyways. Management is rude and doesn't say hi, even if you smile and say it to them, they walk past and ignore you. No safety at all while on site.

I would like to give 5 STARS for customers service. They all have been more than helpful and I'm not about to shoot the messengers. After all it's their job!! I can't give 0.. just an advisory.. I believe ESS doesn't value its customer relationships. They only provide the special rates for 4-6 months... depending on what? THEN, they could raise the monthly rate $60-$90.. depending on what?! Austin is a horrid advisor willing to do anything thirsty in order to get a sale even tries to direct you into leaving a good review for him during your sign up lease paperwork they get you to come in by lying about the deals they have available and were far from specific or transparent about the random fees they charge ontop of everything however the icing on the cake was when Austin tried to violate my rights and still expected me to sign the lease believing that I was desperate for a storage I can't imagine how he would h... read more

I have been renting one of the larger roll up units that are out doors for over 7 years now. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST POSSIBLE PLACE YOU COULD EVER CHOOSE TO STORE YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. My unit was broken into and I had over 20k of electronics, bikes, and tools stolen out of my unit along with a ton of pictures of my family that not replaceable. I paid for there shitty renters insurance and turned in receipts and a police report for all items and never heard back ever again and never received a dollar from my claim.... read more

I watched my friend deal with them, and I was in a big fan of their customer service. It seemed the management was the issue. When it came down to what he needed to be taken care of. I just happen to listen to the whole thing and not taking his point of view, but decide that I wouldn't wanna deal with it so as Vegas my review is I'm not recommending....
