I had a great experience at the Extra Space Storage. Very helpful, showed me the two options to rent. Went over everything in way I understood. Very nice man. Received a follow up call to make sure all went well with moving my things into my storage unit. I would recommend them to anyone. Plus the price was best i could find, in Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana and in Orange where they are located. Very nice location. In safe area. Easy drive. I got robbed too. No body contacted me from extra space storage concerning the break ins that happened around April 2015. I have not been to my storage since last winter 2014. My lock was also picked because it was difficult to open with my key and soon as I opened my door it was apparent I was robbed. All my boxes were slashed open and rummaged through. All my valuables are gone. The office was closed so I will be reporting this to them and the police tomorrow. It sounds like I'm screwed. Shouldn't the insurance cover this?... read more
I am a return customer and haven't had an issue. Hopefully I don't and feel for those robbed, but that can happen anywhere. The customer service is great. And there have been some upgrades since I was here in 2012! Amped up security would be a plus.
Fair pricing. Older facility but clean and well maintained. Convenient location for me--half the reason I'm here. Pleasant, efficient staff.
The staff and service were great. I originally ordered a 10X15 unit and quickly realized before I stored everything I needed to upgrade my unit. They helped me and got me a unit on the spot to fit my needs
This place is a hidden gem, service is awesome, personnel is top notch. Signing a new contract was less than 5 minutes, and got a first month half price. As explained during setup my contract, canceling it is easy too, only 2 days notice before cancellation is good. Im very pleased to have found this place so close to my apartment.
Lynn and Paul took care of our need for storage and they are both extremely helpful. They gave us 2 storage units to accomodate all of our things with convenient locations for our big truck. Thank you Lynn and Paul! You guys are the best!!!
Worked for us, no shenanigans. Had an issue with gate one night, was wide open and no one answers the phone. Turns out it was a super windy storm and the gates were off the track. 5 stars if someone answered the phone that night.
My housemates and I have WAY too much stuff for our tiny home in the Circle, so extra storage is a must. The staff here is always very friendly and considerate...unless you're there after hours, then they get a bit grumpy (understandably!) because they have to manually let you out.
