Fair pricing. Older facility but clean and well maintained. Convenient location for me--half the reason I'm here. Pleasant, efficient staff.
The staff and service were great. I originally ordered a 10X15 unit and quickly realized before I stored everything I needed to upgrade my unit. They helped me and got me a unit on the spot to fit my needs
This place is a hidden gem, service is awesome, personnel is top notch. Signing a new contract was less than 5 minutes, and got a first month half price. As explained during setup my contract, canceling it is easy too, only 2 days notice before cancellation is good. Im very pleased to have found this place so close to my apartment.
I'd be interested to know what the rates are for other storage places, but I just chose this place because it was the most convenient for me. It's kind of frustrating that they do not tell you what their insurance prices are beforehand. Aside from issues with the company (expensive, not completely straightforward, seems like my prices will rise), Lynne was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Lynn and Paul took care of our need for storage and they are both extremely helpful. They gave us 2 storage units to accomodate all of our things with convenient locations for our big truck. Thank you Lynn and Paul! You guys are the best!!!
Worked for us, no shenanigans. Had an issue with gate one night, was wide open and no one answers the phone. Turns out it was a super windy storm and the gates were off the track. 5 stars if someone answered the phone that night.
My housemates and I have WAY too much stuff for our tiny home in the Circle, so extra storage is a must. The staff here is always very friendly and considerate...unless you're there after hours, then they get a bit grumpy (understandably!) because they have to manually let you out. What can I say? It's a storage facility. It does what it is supposed to do; and stores my stuff. Their restroom and facility grounds are always clean, their units start off at a reasonable price (will explain below), and offer discounts when you refer a friend. The unit I currently rent, started out at a really decent price. When I first started renting there, it was $95/month for a 10x15 unit. I've rented here on two separate occasions (including currently) and each time has been a very smooth experience. The employees have been super helpful in helping us select the right unit for our space needs, always letting us know the cheapest locations and any specials they have at the moment. They're friendly and knowledgeable and also helped resolve a discrepancy with their corporate offices in setting up my online account.
