I walked in today looking for a storage unit. I was helped by Sarah. She showed me a few and I finally decided on one. I appreciate her taking time to help us out and explaining everything. This is the first time in my life that I have rented a unit so I hope my experience continues to be a pleasant one at this place.

Walked inside the office and promptly felt welcome with Austin showing me a big smile. I notice right away that he had a broken foot BUT that did not deter him from giving me a very good service with a smile. Paperwork was done as promised..I would recommend this business anytime someone needs extra storage.

My experience here was awesome! The on-site team/ stuff, especially Sarah, are incredibly friendly and made renting hassle and stress free. I was able to find a unit in minutes and the move out process was even easier. If I need another storage space, I will definitely be back! :)

My experience with Extra Space, on Flower, in Orange, has always been very secure and clean. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional! I highly recommend this location to store your belongings!

This is the third time I have needed use of a storage unit, and I am happy my decision was to utilize ExtraSpace Storage ... again. From securing the reservation, to contract documents, downloading the app, making my online accounts, etc., it was seamless. And the door features a 'cylinder' lock instead of a padlock, being much more secure. Walking around the facility, as usual, clean. No trash anywhere. No rodents. Happy to be back. Bruce

The interior space we rented upstairs was really nice and clean. And easy to move things in and out using the freight elevator. The staff were nice, and moving out was easy.
