After using their services for 19 months it was a very pleasant departure and John show the same enthusiasm as he did when we moved in. Our Move-in date was actually at the beginning of a remodel of our home and the move-out was at the end ion our remodel. A long process that definitely had its challenges. Thank-you to ExtraSpace and their team at the Lakeside Richmond California location for always being courteous and helpful each time we needed a lil help.

I've been renting storage here for about 6 years now. The grounds are always clean and the customer service is always very attentive and efficient when you reach out to them. The price increases are unfortunately the only thing that I am bummed about, as it has become so difficult for me to keep up with them. They are so professional and really understanding that life happens. This location takes time to understand your situations and clearly explains how things are to work in the contract you have entered with ES Storage.the prices are the lowest in the area. They honor online pricing and other specials and explain the difference and why they are different!
