I highly recommend this establishment. I required a space on short notice, and they provided precisely what I needed. All arrangements were completed via telephone in a matter of minutes. The customer service was exemplary and very helpful. The location is both clean and secure.

I recently relocated to Orange County and needed to find a storage unit quickly. After a quick google search I found this location and the signup process was super quick. The staff was very helpful the whole time, special shout out to the manager, Justin! I came the same day I moved my things into the unit and he took time to answer all my questions, walk me to my unit, and show me the way my building was set up ( elevator, walk in door, etc). I would highly recommend this as an option if you need a storage unit.

Justin made the sometimes stressful experience of finding a storage unit so easy and comfortable! He was not only very informative but very kind and easy to work with! I was adequately informed of any prices or details, and got a great promotion for my use of their facility. The facility itself was very clean and equipped with carts for moving back and forth. Any questions I had were always answered promptly and in detail! I cannot rave enough about how much of a relief this experience was during a busy move!

I believe I have been renting from this location for about 10 years! In all the years, the price has always been the best in the county, which is why I have stayed all these years. The customer service is really good and the upkeep is excellent. The location is nice and tucked away in a quiet secluded location away from foot traffic. The only con is that there are mice and termites, as I have discovered evidence throughout the years...not the end of the world, since I am not storing any food in my unit.
