Touring and signing up was very thorough and efficient. Michael, the manager is customer service oriented and knowledgeable. He does a great job managing the facilities . I do wish that the ads for Extra Space were clearer. The ads imply that there is an ongoing discount when there is not. Rather there is a 3 month discount but there's no lock on the rate that is discounted. Rather, customers are discouraged from taking that discount by virtue of being subject to the going rate after three months. Somewhat misleading,

The assistant manager was very pleasant and helpful in determining the size of unit needed. Was able to check out the unit before renting and it was spacious and clean. It was a lot cheaper then I thought so that was an extra bonus. The rules and regulations were explained.

We stored there for almost a year and couldn't afford the increased rates anymore so we had to vacate. It's business, we understand. The manager Rasheeda made the vacating process incredibly easy, professional and smooth. Whenever we had a question or a hiccup, she would give us the best customer care!! Thank you for everything!
