I have been shopping around for reasonably prices storage units and found this gem. I called to gain more info about the units and the lady I spoke to was very informative & friendly. I think her name is Jillian? Anyways after speaking with her and finding out I can get a unit for around $35 dollars for the 1st month I know I'll be in by the end of this month.
I love extra space storage. Very affordable and they have climate controlled spaces. The staff is great and building is very clean. Oh and if you rent from any extra space. Use me as a referral and you get a great discount and so do I
Lorenzo was very helpful when we spilled some liquids that needed cleaning. Also, in general, this is a nice, clean facility.
I can't believe how clean and nice this place is. Moving stuff in was easy, the carts were always available, the layout is very thoughtful,and the people were excellent. The price was pretty good, too!
The lady working in the office is very nice. The facilities are VERY clean. It seems as though your belongings will be quite secure here, and the storage rooms are indoors, not outside exposed to the elements. The place is huge and I believe the best rates are available if you book online. Great alternative to the storage places right next to the river off 160.
I got a rate change notice after only 3 months of being here that doubled my rent from $109.25 to $204.25! Nope, I'm not paying that! So after messaging them thru their website with no response ever, I got to work on getting my stuff out of their storage place. I just started taking my smaller items to a nearby church and planned on bringing the rest home. But I had to wait for help with the heavy items. I had used them for a year prices were fair but no warning just decided to increase my non ac unit from $150 to $240 their elevators dont work half the time , no electricity sometimes and rats . There has been several breaking and homeless ppl there I don't feel safe there at 3 pm let alone after dark . I can understand a rate increase but wow this is double .I dont recommend this place only for a fast use .
Sorry Emily I've already moved out of my unit and trashed everything that was in it as it was ruined for the lack of upkeep of the facility.
