GREAT storage facility!!!!!!!!! My family needed a unit to store some items and this turned out to be the perfect place to do so. Great staff also

I have always had a good rapport with the onsite managers. This management team really works hard to make sure you have what you need. They are both very personable and helpful and have gone above and beyond to make sure me and my family. They are GREAT!

Casey at Extra Space Storage in Santa Clara was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The facility was clean and well organized. Both the move in and move out went as expected. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Had a great experience here. Since I'm now working from home, I needed to store some stuff to make room for my desk. I reserved a unit online and within minute I received a call from, I believe her name was Tammy (?). She was so friendly and provided such excellent service. We did everything over the phone. She made sure once I got my contract that I understood everything. After everything was done, she gave me directions to my unit and made sure I had a gate code. She was phenomenal and an asset to this company.

Tammie was more than helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. I am leaving for the military and she let me know about what they have to offer with military members. Not only was she a great conversationalist she was not pushy on any up-selling and really made the whole process easy.

Needed a 10x20 storage unit. Called this extra space location (currently have a unit with extra space storage but current location didn't have a unit I was looking for available) and spoke to Rayna. She was VERY helpful in finding what I needed as well as going above and beyond to make sure all requests were met (communicated in a timely manner, emailed confirmation quickly, reminder follow up for unit available, and even communicated to current location to cancel the unit).
