I set the entire thing up online. Even got to pick the unit available. Downloaded their app then received my gate code with 24 hr access, arrived opened the unit door and found a brand new lock for me to secure my unit! Was clean and I was grateful it was so easy & convenient! They are totally awesome and would definitely recommend!! A++
