RecommendedI have used storage units more times than I can count. I’m 69 and have moved a few times. This was without a doubt the easiest process to lease I have ever experienced! The lady at the front desk Pamela Tedder Santa Rosa CA was simply excellent!

The door near my storage unit will not open, so I have to walk all the way around. The door is between storage units a120 and a182.

The property manager is very helpful and accommodating. I originally reserved a smaller unit and when I got there realized my mistake. I called the office and lamone got me upgraded and I didn’t have to pay any extra for the larger unit. He even showed us to the new unit and made sure everything was good. Very good customer service.
