Super easy - we booked online, were given access code and got into our unit with no issues! Stopped by the front office on our way out, SUPER professional and polite - so far seems like the best-run storage facility that either of us has ever used!

Pamela was fantastic. Very courteous, professional and easy to talk to. She answered all our questions and was even willing to take my wife and I to look around at different size units. Highly recommend, when we need storage ever we will return again.

Affordable and staff is friendly, only thing I would change if I could is every time I open my unit it looks like a wind storm hit it up...a lot of dirt and debris in the unit. It could just be the location of the unit but I'm not sure how that much is getting inside.

Great customer service! We've rented with Extra Space on West Steele Lane for the past year. Recently we took a bunch of stuff out & decided to transfer the rest to a smaller unit. I reserved the new unit online & Lamone was very helpful -- he called back right away to answer my questions & arranged the transaction so everything went smoothly and we were done in no time. I notice there are a few negative reviews from the past but we have never had any concerns about cleanliness or security at this location.

I went to extra space storage to rent a locker! I must say Shawn was a very polite and professional about his job! It was very easy to rent from him, he explained everything from top to bottom! And didn't leave any cracks untouched, it was a very pleasant experience,and I suggest if you are gonna rent from extra space storage please go see Shawn over at extra storage!
