I needed a storage unit like "RIGHT NOW" and the staff at the Santa Rosa store on W.Steele Ln. Absolutely delivered some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Going through a difficult time in my life, I needed the unit right then, however it was only a few seconds until closing... Pam was aware of my situation, and helped me out anyway. I can never thank her enough, for her kindness and compassion!

Its a excellent place to keep your stuff safe
Employees were very friendly & helpful...they took their time helping me find the right size unit for my things...made the whole check in process easy & quick...all around a pleasant experience!

Good customer service and helpful staff. Clean storage and manager on site. I like the location and cleanliness too. I feel safe each time at the storage. Good security system and the rates are reasonable. Few friends are also using it after I referred them.

When signing up my account gets added to my friend's account . The manager wouldn't take any responsibility for this happening. I didn't enter the info in their system. Long story but worst customer service by lamone by far. I so regret moving my stuff here. Can't wait to get out. Totally unprofessional and not even admitting to their screw up that caused the whole situation. So much for taking care of your customers! Think twice before coming here!
