DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I am a return customer and though my previous rental experience with them was great this is a deal breaker. Never again. My boyfriend and I rented a unit together, it charges a joint account, I have the key, I get the bill. First of all, I don't know how this place has been in business since the 80's, the way they decieve people. I was quoted one price online and on the phone, but when I got there they wanted to add an extra $9 per month for "mandatory" insurance. First they lied about the price, then they lied by saying the insurance is legally mandated. BS. The next place I went to had no "administrative" fees, no "mandated" insurance, and they charged less for a bigger unit.
