Wow!!! These folks go above and beyond. I love working with companies that treat you like you are family and do what they say they will do! Their storage units are clean, secure and easily accessible. Kuddos! Highly recommend them!

Extra Space Storage is amazing! Reserving a space was easy, and the staff at the facility were so helpful and friendly! Wyatt at the Santa Rosa Ave, location gave me a tour of the grounds, which are very clean and secure, and I was able to see my space to make sure it would fit my needs before committing to anything. My first month is free, with no surprise charges, and the rate for the space is very reasonable!

I researched 4 different storage facilities and chose Extra Space Storage. When I called, the owner was extremely personable. He made me feel comfortable and help me choose the right storage unit. When I arrived, He was very helpful. I bought my packing supplies there also and it was at a reasonable price. I enjoyed my contact with Extra Space Storage. It's a great facility and the people there are extremely helpful and very personable. I recommend using Extra Space Storage for your needs.
I have rented many storage units and the customer service here is the best I have foundin the business. We were helped to find the best size for our needs and given a tour of the grounds bathroom, carts, parking etc. Friendly and helpful is how I describe it. The unit is clean and lighted with easy access. Good price.
I set up an appointment online, and immediately one of the location managers (Wyatt) called me back. He was very professional, helpful and nice to talk to. When we went in we where helped by the other location manager Mark, who also was very helpful, friendly and proffesional and we got set up with out storage. All units are drive up accessible and the facility is clean and neat. Very good experience so far!
