beware!!!! dont rent a storage space here unless you want to risk all of your valuables being stolen. shout out the "manager" lamont. i moved from a unit where my stuff sat safely for 2 years, into a bigger unit for cheaper (shouldve known) down a hallway without a camera, and 4 ways in/out. hmmm. within about a month, my lock was picked, whole unit torn apart, and all of my most valuable possessions stolen. ironically there are no cameras that show that unit, and if someone had access to other units they could move my st... read more

They put the price up. If demand is high they will increase your payment by 50% even after I'd been there paying regularly for a couple of years. No customer support just bleed people as much as you can. I moved out

I Agree with the 12/25/24 review. This place is a scam! Started with 10' at $96.20. Within a few months, they raised it to $181.20. I paid that for a few months and now it has been raised to $262.20. The guy Rick is extremely rude and doesnt know the meaning of customer service. Save yourself the trouble and dont go there!!!!!! my review is 0

The fact that you can't rate a business zero first of all is b******* why don't you people grow up with just your website alone but now to get down to the extra space storage a 10 ft room is costing $150 a month it went up from $40 a month to $150 a month these people are thieves at best do not go there because after you've paid your rent for three or four months they will have some reason to triple your rent which is exactly what happened to us this is a scummy fly by night place and I see this guy gets pretty good reviews ... read more

This place should be avoided at all cost I know that if my unit has things missing from it then others are missing things too im not the only one and when you ask them for help about your unit being broken into the staff gives you attitude and won't help you in anyway what type of business is this I thought that if you are a storage business you would at least make sure to keep your units safe and secure but I guess you don't think that matters so then why would people want to pay the high prices you charge and that to you... read more

After my experience with this extra space storage facility I would warn anyone of renting with them. I moved to the area within the past 4 months. Our move in/signing the lease was a very smooth process and everything seemed fine at first. You cocksuckers come off super nice at the beginning then a few months go by and then you raise the rent no notice nothing. So it goes fron 116 a month to 280 something if it was OK to take you out behind your facility and fuck you off believe one thing your bosses would take to their maker my face and a muzzle flash .
