Great Facility and awesome managers. Clean facility and also great prices. Secure with cameras and new cylinder locks.. Best storage in San Jose by far.

Thank you to the entire team, Rob, Josh, and Barney. When we initially were looking for a unit we scoured the internet. And landed upon extra storage space on Yelp. Price is fair but what was more important was how safe we felt in the facility. We do notice at times after hours there were people going into it when a car would type in its code to come in. Great service, Very fast to respond and absolutely helpful. I had to get my 2 college kids ready for their move out like 2 months early and for the special pricing I received, I didn't mind paying 2 extra months opposed to waiting last minute when every other student is moving out and miss out on availability. This storage unit is only 7 minutes from SJSU so location worked out great since I live in San Diego and cannot help my kids.

A very reliable storage facility! I got a deal when I signed up for one so it was worth it but I think depending on the market they change the rates! Which is normal and understandable. It is pretty secure. There's a gate for both exit and entrance that you need your specialized code for and you can't access the 2nd floor without one either. When it's not busy like a weekday morning or evening, there's usually trolleys readily available. However if you come on a weekend, you'll find yourself lifting your stuff. Facility it... read more

Elke, the store manager, is super friendly and responsive. Elke was able to respond all my questions and valued my time which is great. The storage unit prices were great, the building is in good shape and clean, and the whole process of moving in was a breeze! Highly recommend to check in with Elke if you want good service!
