I’ve been a tenant here at this location for 4 yrs and I feel very comfortable and welcome here. I’ve kind of developed a friendship with the office personnel and I notice that they know a lot of their tenants on a first-name basis. I won’t store with anyone else and I highly recommend it!!!

I have been using Extra Space Storage and Huntington Beach for over 10 years I have had a half dozen units depending on the amount of space I needed throughout these years and have always been extremely happy with everything with Extra Space Storage has to offer.
I have been renting here since 2010 and the staff is always friendly, informative, helpful and available and the facility is clean, free of insects and critters.
The staff at Extra space has always been very kind and easy to work with. This is our second time renting a large unit at this storage facility and we are very happy with their customer service and ease of access to our unit.
Great overall experience. Online abd phone application process. Wonderful in store customer service. Easy to understand instructions via email and print. Great price, excellent security.

Sara and Keith are very, very helpful and the fact they they are both so nice really makes you not want to look elsewhere. The property is kept up very well. They also help with expansion and reduction spaces, if or when needed. I had three units there, as my business has grown and changed and will be adding another shortly, having two at a time. Customer service excelled in every way. After filling out an interest form online, I was contacted fairly quickly. I’ve never rented a storage space before, but I was met with so much kindness and patience it made the process very easy! Employees were friendly with each call I made and went above and beyond to help me out. I’ll definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to friends; and if I need a unit again in the future, this is where I’ll be coming! Thank you so much, Extra Space!
