The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The experience was quick and easy. I highly recommend extra space for their exceptional service, convenience, affordability and security
Sara and Keith are very, very helpful and the fact they they are both so nice really makes you not want to look elsewhere. The property is kept up very well. They also help with expansion and reduction spaces, if or when needed. I had three units there, as my business has grown and changed and will be adding another shortly, having two at a time. Customer service excelled in every way. After filling out an interest form online, I was contacted fairly quickly. I’ve never rented a storage space before, but I was met with so much kindness and patience it made the process very easy! Employees were friendly with each call I made and went above and beyond to help me out. I’ll definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to friends; and if I need a unit again in the future, this is where I’ll be coming! Thank you so much, Extra Space!

Sarah the new manager is AWESOME! The guy that helped me with my transfer (I forgot his name) has been there for years, he has ALWAYS been excellent!
I copied the contact link to send email but got the "Failure Notice". Try another one still the same. I got pay remind email as usual (5 days before the due day on Jan 7, 2022. Surprised to see the small storage 5x8, the price went up 66% from $89 to $148 without any advance notice. I went to the office personally on Jan 8, spoke this issue with site manager.
