I had such a great over the phone encounter with Isaac. He called me because my payment was late. I had the easy pay automatic payments but I had an expired card as of last month so my payment didn't go through. I payed online thinking the new card would be enrolled. Turns out it wasn't so I was late again. He was nice enough to take the late fee off this one time since it was past the 10th where they charge you a late fee and I hadn't had one before. Really easy and smooth process to renting a unit. Brittany helped me and was so amazing! You'd think she's been working there for years. She was really kind and went out of her way to make it a good unit for me. Units are exactly as described and it's easy to access. Hope this experience stays as good as it started !

Everyone here is so wonderful. Brittany was amazing and patient with me while we looked at several units before I decided on one. She also showed me where my unit was in relationship to the elevator. Thank you so much for all your help.

I wish I had pictures of the space but Keith and Petra are wonderful! The units are clean, easily accessible and my stuff was safe throughout the entirety of my experience. So grateful for all their help! Would 10/10 recommend to my friends and family and would use their accommodations again when or if necessary! thank you again!

I just recently rented a 7x10 at the Huntington Beach location off of Warner ave and I had a great experience! I was showed to my storage unit and how to turn on lights. I absolutely love this location it's awesome and the price is unbeatable.
