RecommendedI love this company. I've used them off and on for years on an as-needed basis. Easy to use website. I rented a unit with insurance and a lock. Received everything via email and my lock was waiting in my unit, ready to use on a Sunday. They have carts and elevators so we were able to unload quickly and efficiently. The on-site manager, Keith is a great guy and always helpful!
I rented here for a few years and then moved out for a few months. We found our way back here and are still very happy with the kind staff. Kieth and Sarah are easy to work with and very friendly.
Being able to rent and access my new unit on New Year’s Day, over the internet was mind boggling! It was so simple to do and a real time saver not to have to wait for the office to open to do the paperwork. It was all wrapped up in 20 minutes. Great job Extra Space Storage!!!
