I had a storage unit here for over a year and have no complaints! Moving in and out was super easy and gate hours were better than other facilities. It's well lit inside and I've never had any issues. Will be using extra space again for future storage needs.

This message is primarily for the customer service that was received from Keith who happened to be working on the day I came in to rent a storage unit. He went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service. Because of this I will be a returning customer and will go with extra space storage for any future storage needs. As for the facility, it is in a quite location, well secured and a lot of different size units to choose from!

Yvette and Rosie are super friendly and helpful. But I signed the contract yesterday at 11am, prepaid for my climate-controlled space for the year, and didn't start moving things today at 3:30pm. Came to find out, the outer gate worked with my code but the climate-controlled building waaaay in the back of the property kept denying my code.
