Don't rent from here unless it's only for 5 months. They didn't mention to me that the rate I got online is not guarenteed for the time I am using it. There was no attempt to apologize or satisfy me as a customer. I believe it's pointless to have Internet prices for those who need storage for a longer period. Mind you, I wasn't told this when I signed up initially. It's sad how the world operates nowadays. It's only about money and not customer service. Shame on you...

EVERYTHING STOLEN a couple months back!!! Our first mistake was assuming the facility took security seriously, as the Extraspace website suggests. We only needed a unit for 1 to 2 months, so the internet deal seemed like a good bet... When the police came to take our report, we learned we were one of several recent break-ins. They even lectured management because the frequency they were getting called to the facility was ridiculous. Do not leave your stuff with these people! I am the third person that I know has had things stolen out of their unit, god only knows how many there have been. We are in the military and left on a long deployment to come back and find many of the most valuable things in our lockers missing. We all think that it must have been someone that worked there seeing as how the locks were intact and appeared to be untouched and the employees knew that we were leaving for an extended amount of time. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!! My husband and i got a storage unit to move in our belonging while he deployed (he is in the navy) for about 7 months. Both of our names were in the paperwork and my husband signed a paper stating that if he were to miss a payment our unit WILL NOT be eligible for auction because he is military personnel and is deployed. FAIL - fellow Yelpers, go somewhere else. The facility is large and very poorly laid out - very confusing to try to navigate for the first time. You need an 8-digit long code to not only open the front gate, but also to get up the elevators (so hope you're not carrying too much when you come to it). The place is like a rat maze, the units are not numbered sequentially so that if you got lost you could simply follow the numbers to eventually find yours. Miserable. They HUNG UP on me! The unit itself is alright. Nothing special, but it holds my stuff so that's all I need. It is a long way from the elevators, though. Top floor is HOT in the summer. It would normally get them a 3 stars, and a 4th for being open till 10. But, customer service is LOUSY. They only let brand new customers use the truck. I think I may have had the pleasure of dealing with the "condescending" lady that Starlight refers to in her review, hence the one star. I agree with the ease of enrolling and can affirm the fact that most all of the vendors from the swap meet store their merchandise here, so the place is often bustling.
