i'm really disappointed with this place. i have a small sized unit that i found with one of their promotions back in march, with military discount came out to around $90 a month. i asked when we first when in if it was a set price & they told me yes, as long as we purchased it before the promotion ended. when we went to go see the unit, it was all run down wood, the door to our unit had chips and did not seem very kept up with but again, for $90 a month i was really in no place to complain. i give one star because after ab... read more

I been with this storage unit for about 2 years because I'm on travel and they raised the price 4 times,first without telling me about it, I had to call the last time and they said sorry about that we will go back to your original price? Like what if I didn't call ? I'm screwed because I'm on travel but once I get back I'm taking everything I got and leaving this place. DONT COME HERE unless you like getting 30$ added to your bill every 4 months.

As far as storage facilities, go, they have all of the same features that other facilities do. I immediately went to them because they had a great value. I started off at $75 per month for a 6 x 6 unit. They didn't raise my rates for maybe six months? The first 3 times it went up, it was only $10 approx. and each of those times that my rate changed, they gave me 30 days notice. Worst storage facility I have ever been to. Was clearly treated differently because we walked up with a wagon of stuff that was going into the storage. Apparently traveling without a vehicle MUST mean that you are homeless, and that automatically makes you a second class citizen who doesn't deserve any respect or common human decency. The facility is not clean there is very little signage to show where to go or how to find your unit. I ended up just cancelling my unit because when I arrived there was still someone's items in the unit I was paying for as well as the unit was not cleaned at all. When I asked if there was any other units I could switch to I was told that the other one they had available would be costing me 300$ extra from the original unit I was trying to get so absolutely not worth the value or anyone time to use this facility.

had a horrible experience but I am glad I did. I been looking on and off for parking spaces and maybe a storage space. Finally when I made a decisions I received pricing on two units I wanted to go with. The employee stated he can hold them for me I was very transparent on the timeline I needed. He did say they may get rented out but should be fine ( based on my timeline which was 3 days longer then their hold time). I said ok. I came back the day I stated. Rent suddenly increased abt 63% 4 mths after one of my units was burglarized & that just feels wrong & like a slap in the face! I'm annoyed. ~~Also they won't release video footage to me of the burglary. My case is with a detective & of course detectives won't release it either. I want to give the footage to Ch 10 news since it clearly identifies the 2 men & a license plate from the vehicle they used. I did have a great experience in the beginning, and there was an issue of me staying later than closing, all my fault, the manager was awesome enough to give three warnings, and then if I was to leave too late again I'll be limited to office hours. Completely understandable. And I have been working on my time management and seem to be doing okay. Off to an interesting start. I've been a customer for two days and here at the end of the month. I spent two days moving into my unit and my last run came a bit late, I made it perhaps 5 minutes before the gate closed and took a few minutes to finish all my unloading and left the property within 10 or 15 min out the exit gate.
