I did have a great experience in the beginning, and there was an issue of me staying later than closing, all my fault, the manager was awesome enough to give three warnings, and then if I was to leave too late again I'll be limited to office hours. Completely understandable. And I have been working on my time management and seem to be doing okay. Off to an interesting start. I've been a customer for two days and here at the end of the month. I spent two days moving into my unit and my last run came a bit late, I made it perhaps 5 minutes before the gate closed and took a few minutes to finish all my unloading and left the property within 10 or 15 min out the exit gate. Woke up to an aggressive manager named Cindy reprimanding me for the late entry and threatening to break the contract and wouldn't settle down even after conveying it was a one time emergency. The storage units themselves are fine but there are extremely few carts here. I typically spend 15 to 20 minutes walked around trying to find a cart. Would not recommend this place

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My husband picked this place because Bob gave him a good deal. When I went to check it my first gut reaction was "Ruuuuuuuun!!!" The homeless and tweekers everywhere was the first red flag, then we saw a tweeker living out of a unit and I was really like "RUNNNNN!!" My husband reassured me that being on the second floor was more secure because a code is required to get in the elevator. I regretfully agreed. Absolutely the worst storage experience of my life. I've used self storage for around 45 years and this was the worst. From narrow hallways to broken elevators, this was a bad experience. I complained many times to the staff but all the problems were out of their hands. I was never offered anything as far as compensation. But I think the biggest problem was the carts. There were not enough and you have to search long and far for one. There were people practically living out of some of the units.
Total Inside Scam. Burglarize Units. Homeless, mentally ill and tweekers living inside. We made the mistake of using this place, took a trip and returned to have all our belongings (EVERY BOX) rifled through and anything of value stolen. The forced insurance (American Claims Management, Inc.) is also a scam and didn't pay out a dime for over 20k worth of theft. They both know the ins and outs of how to rob you and take the door of the hinges so there is no sign of forced entry. I asked for any footage of unit burglary they ... read more

Friendly at first but ***I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!*** THE BAIT AND SWITCH - I rented a parking spot for my travel trailer and they said I didn't qualify for 1 month free rent as advertised because I got a discount on my spot. Didn't seem discounted to me but a good chunk of money monthly. And now, just A FEW MONTHS LATER, THEY RAISED THE RENT. This place is one of the dirtiest storage units I have ever stored my belongings to. I'm glad I do not store my stuff here anymore. The employees are rude and the facilities are so old it feels like the building is going to fall apart, it also smells like mold. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially with the price being so high for a storage unit that isn't what it advertises.

I moved out and called to cancel my unit 9 days ago. Nearly a week later i got an email saying my automatic payment was set to go through. I called the main office and told them I cancelled and had not received a confirmation of cancellation but rather an email suggesting the contrary. The man who answered said he would turn off automatic payments to my account and that was equivalent to a cancellation.
