Spoke with Julie, got set up and able to move items in that day. Smooth process, added fees were the only downer. Clean facility and flatbed carts made it easy to transport.

From getting the unit to closing out the unit, I had nothing less than a great experience. When I got the unit, it was a last minute nessecity and they came to my rescue. I was even impressed that they do security daily...I embarrassingly did not lock my unit up as thoroughly as I should have and received a call the next day. During close out, I had the system on automatic pay, and they were able to void it for me since I got out on time. Always good at answering my questions and being helpful. The main reason we picked this place for our storage needs is how clean it is and how many of the customers abide by this rule. First off, to enter the facility you need to punch in the code you picked in the keypad for the sliding doors to open. If you have visitors coming in they'll need the code as well as they can't make up their own. The storage facility inside is spacious and they have different sizes available to fit your needs. Let me first start off by saying that THIS particular facility is by far the best place for your storage needs. As a previous storage renter at the same name facilities and I ended up leaving due to the lack of customer service and support. Today (last eve), I went online to reserve another unit, Bryan was kind enough to return my phone call... got down here, very very courteous, friendly beyond words...GREAT JOB Bryan

I needed a storage space for work. Everyone who assisted me was very helpful from the beginning. Bryan was the one who assisted me in checking out the storage space and getting my account setup. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerned. I appreciate working with people who are knowledgeable and help make things easy. I am looking forward to storage out items at this location.
