The store manager Roxanne and Deserie were very nice! and got me a good deal for my situation. Much cheaper and better quality storage units than any other local storage places that I looked at. Would highly recommend going here!
Jennifer made this process very easy. Gave us the best deal and a little gardner advice.

Extremely safe & clean. Rodrigo & Sergio really takes great care of the property & have extremely great customer service. My items have been stored in various sized units for 3 years now from furniture to appliances to clothing and household items & all have been in great condition. Thank you again

The exit gate was not working properly at the time but the guy working there explained that to me and showed me how to get around that situation. He was very professional, and they are doing major construction to expand their facility, and as a former cement mason and current property manager my self, I'm pretty impressed as to how clean they keep the place in the midst of all the construction being done. I have used Extra Space for years. This is my first time at this location. Running short on time I called to see if I could get a unit for the following day. Luckily they had a unit available & I was able to set it up over the phone. Following the phone call there was a couple steps to set up via email to complete the process. This was my first experience with renting a storage soace, and I have nothing but great things to say about my overall experience. From the day I moved in, Rodrigo, the store manager has been fantastic! Very accommodating and always willing to help! If you are looking for a clean, safe facility, this is your go to storage facility in or near Sherman oaks. Rodrigo went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.
