Just had another great experience at my "go-to-place" when life gets crowded. Steven High called me shortly after I reserved a space for the first time on line and calmed my nerves. I had been putting this off longer than I should have, and Steve guided me through the process effortlessly..it was accomplished in no time flat. I arrived at my storage unit with my movers, who soon after told me that they would not be able to get my furniture into the unit to be stored due to the way the unit door was oriented in the building/ with a water pipe above. Amaya was on site and immediately stepped up to help when I went to talk to him. Once the movers tried and confirmed the furniture wouldn't fit, Amaya talked over my options with me and very quickly assuaged my anxieties and found me a unit that was smaller but that the movers were able to fit the furn... read more
