This is the best storage I've ever been to. It's clean, no rats and the worker Paul is very friendly and answered my questions

Very easy, great experience with this storage spot! The process was simple, the employees are VERY friendly and helpful and there is always plenty of free parking that is very convenient to unload and load from! The location is great, especially if you need something in between the southern beach cities and LA and don't want to deal with LA traffic! Coming from the south, you can get right off the free way and come up to La Cienega Ave - no hassle! Overall easy, convenient and helpful!!
I haven't used a storage space for years, but it was never a great experience. But I just moved and wanted items that I needed to keep but didn't need in the house out of the way. So I discovered Extra Space Storage. Such an easy and great experience. The parking is easy and everything is clean and customer service is excellent. And conviently located for me.
I got myself into a jam and Extra Space was able to take my on-the-spot request over the phone and got me a storage unit while I was driving there. The facility is spotless, and the staff are always on rounds to keep it that way. The crew is great. They go out of their way to be helpful at all times. This seems to spread to other tenants as well. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The location is great, just off La Cienaga and Venice Blvd.
The customer service is fantastic! I can't speak on the rat issue. Simply I have never seen one in any of my units and I have 10units at this location. I am beyond pleased with the customer service, especially from Shane.
Months after informing management of the move out and leaving the unit vacant I am still being charged.
December 30, 2024 | received this injury due to this protruding foot-long piece of metal Sticking from the wall around a blind corner. I asked for a Band-Aid in the front office, and was scoffed at. "We don't give customers bandaids. Do you think we're a Pharmacy?" I had to go to the emergency room, Had to get a tetanus shot, Had to go on antibiotics, missed two weeks of work, and now six weeks later have a lifelong scar. Extra Space storage?
