The team here is always very friendly and I love how clean the facility is. I forgot my knife to cut open some boxes and the folks in the office are there to help. Entering and exiting is very simple too. Usually, some places make you enter a pin when entering and enter a pin when exiting. They'll charge you a fee if you don't enter a pin before exiting. This place doesn't have any of that BS!! The team is always very pleasant to speak with over the phone for help as well!

This storage on LaCienega Ave at Venice is fantastic !! That's because Chenice is fantastic !! She was sooo kind, helpful and such a nice person !! She was always considerate and never minded answering any questions i had or anyone else who called there while i was there !! The place is clean and u feel safe while your there at your storage !! Thanks Chenice for everything !!
Customer service and communication was top notch, especially since we were based in San Diego and had to coordinate with several 3rd parties on stored items. They were also helpful with a lost lock key. This is an easy recommendation. Would do biz with them again in a heartbeat.
Fantastic storage experience. Clean, easy, safe and supportive staff. I'm deducting a star because they wouldn't price match. Other than that, A+
By far the best storage facility. This is the third time I've been back and will only come here from now on. The location is very clean and secure. Tina does a great job all around... she's very attentive and friendly along with keeping the grounds tip-top. The late gate hours are also a big plus. Most storages give me a headache this one was a great relief... Highly recommended!
I had never used a storage before and I was impressed with the cleanliness and awesome customer service from Tina. I never worried my items were in storage and the facility hours were very convenient. I highly recommend using Extra Space Storage!
