Amaya in 2645 La Cienega Los Angeles location provides excellent service above and beyond. He was thorough and explained the process. One can tell he is very experienced. He also helped us transfer to a more affordable unit as we are going to be long term. He understand our needs. He is a great employee and takes pride in the work the he does. We sincerely appreciate that our stuff is in great hands because of Amayas excellent service

I had the best experience with Mr.Maya customer service today helping me with finally choosing the perfect storage place I can find in the area thank you amazing energy highly recommend coming to extra storage space mid city

Well-managed storage unit with a very reliable manager Steve! The most responsible and helpful staff I've ever seen he even called to notice me that my lock was not locked properly lol Feel secured to store my stuffs here with such a great manager Thanks again Steve!

Been looking around for storage and all of them fell extremely short. I just needed a place to store my stuff for a few months. Once I got a tour of this place I immediately booked it. Tyler, who was helping me, was friendly and informational. Made the process very easy and was clear on all digital documents. THE SECURITY IS AWESOME!

I thought there was mold in the place I was moving into, so I ordered a storage space to move my things into. Tyler was super professional and helpful, I was able to do it all over the phone, and internet. The prices were low too. 2 days later I got the lab results back and NO MOLD. I told Tyler I wasn't going to need the space after all and since I hadn't moved in yet he asked his manager to reverse the charges. I was so grateful, because I had signed the contract.
