I donno about other locations but there are rats in this location, your stuffs that you thought are very safe is totally not, all my documents and files got bitten and chewed by rats in this storage, those rats even chewed a hole on all my expensive equipments, shoes and plastic boxes. The only thing the staffs do is to put mouse traps or something in every corners of that floor but obviously its not working at all. Extra space storage didn't even respond to my complain.
