I found Extra Space Storage when my storage facility of 12 years lost their lease due to gentrification. When I walked into Tina's super clean office, I was greeted warmly and efficiently. She showed me around the facility, which was absolutely amazingly clean and well organized. So, I signed up immediately. Tina has been absolutely exceptional! When it comes to self storage it's a pretty simple situation. You give them your hard earned money, they give you a box with a key to put your stuff in there, there isn't much too it. So really it all comes down to convenience and price. This storage unit happens to be close to my home and their prices were decent. Customer service isn't also that bad, but can be a little spotty depending on who you get.
This storage facility is clean efficient , Tina was very professional + answered all my questions. Worth every penny to know my belongs are safe.Plus their insurance covers for earthquakes which many other storage companies do not. Very happy!
Tina is a rock star with great personality and always helpful. I look forward to visiting this location when I am in the area!

Awesome customer service, Tina helped me and she was amazing! The place is the cleanest storage facility. I have stored things at other storage places and this one by far is the cleanest and has the nicest customer service.
