This is my second time renting a space from them, and they came through in a pinch (moving truck is being loaded tomorrow and we don't have space in the garage for everything!) I called at 4pm on December 23 and had a unit booked by 5. They really came through as I would have been up a creek

I highly recommend Extra Storage Space on Deerwood, San Ramon. This location is convenient, safe, and very clean. I continue to receive excellent customer service from the manager himself, Graeme, who is very professional. He takes pride in his work, making sure that all the units are secure. I had rented from two different storage places before, but Extra Storage Space on Deerwood is the best one judging from my experience. The guy at the front desk, Graham, was super helpful and a very nice guy. Showed us the spot we wanted and that was pretty much that. Answered all our questions and had an answer to every one. The facility was clean and the help was top notch. Cant ask for much more out of a storage place. To be honest, its more than id have expected haha

Extra Space Storage San Ramon. The best climate controlled storage in this local Tri Valley of the Bay Area. I'm a returning customer from 2018. Graeme Pittock is the most courteous, friendly Store Manager I've ever dealt with. He keeps a very clean, super nice facility & is always available to help. Graeme is one of the nicest people I've met. We were planning on storing a few items there, but realized too late the unit for us was too small. We called, literally as we were leaving our previous unit, U-haul full, and he said he'd meet up with us when we got there. He helped us talk about what sized unit we would need, and even took us on a little tour of the facility to find the right sized one for us. I highly recommend this place because of how clean the facility is and how professional the management is here. I felt safe storing my things here with the main gate and the nice area this location is in. Whenever I came by to drop off or pick up things I would always see Graeme working hard with the upkeep of the property and units. He's very helpful with any questions you might have and made my move out process go smoothly. Whenever I need a storage unit again I will be returning here! Thanks again!

I have received 5 star service from Graham. I realized I needed a larger unit, and with in 30 min I had a tour of the available units, signed the paperwork, and was transferring my boxes into the new unit. AND this is by far the cleanest facility I have ever rented from.
