Maria, has GREAT customer service!! I walked in 10 minutes before closing and she was so helpful in helping us with our storage needs. I'm a returning Extra Space customer. I previously used Extra Space in Tracy, and was satisfied with their service. So I checked out this Extra Space facility in San Ramon. This facility is very clean and the site manager is very professional and helpful. Also, site manager was patient with me to inspect the available storage units of 2 sizes I was considering. I just moved in last week. Jason was very helpful in showing me several spaces and I got the one I liked at a fair price, with the first month being 1/2 off. Maria helped me get the contract signed quickly and efficiently, and the move in was a breeze. Seamless and easy!!!
I'm baffled by other negative reviews, as my experience here was very positive. Jason is totally great, he makes renting a storage a painless experience. I got a call from him shortly after I booked a reservation online, and he invited me to stop by to see the unit. He wanted to make sure that it's the right size for me. Sure enough, 10 x 10 is smaller than I thought it was, so I upgraded to a larger unit. The facility is clean, secure, and conveniently located. Thanks Jason!

I had a unit here 10 years ago so when my husband and I were looking to rent a storage unit we looked this place up again. Jason was extremely helpful and the unit was great. Prices are competitive but the gate hours are MUCH better here than anywhere else in the area. Another reason to go with Extra Space is the month to month lease and the paperless billing. They even have you sign everything online so they aren't wasting a bunch of paper, which is awesome. Highly recommended.
