We've been renting for about a year and everything about this location is A++. Most important to us is that we always felt safe and the facility including the bathroom is ALWAYS clean. In addition, the office staff are very helpful, and the location has easy access to the highway. We just moved and will rent from Extra Space again because of the great experience at this San Ramon facility!
This site is super clean and the staff is awesome! I was really nervous about finding a good facility and Oliver totally made me feel at ease. He gave me a tour and has made himself available to answer all my crazy questions. I'm happy!
Very helpful staff, and a very clean storage area also nice place too keep my extra items I no longer have space for.
The customer service was excellent. I had to move in a short amount of time and had no where to place my belongings. But they worked with me, the prices were reasonable and I feel very secure leaving my belongings here.
Because of how clean the site is its very inviting and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this location to the next person that needs storage .

Extra space has great deals on line. Signed up and got excellent service. I also brought a client with me and they also gave her the online special and a senior discount of 5%, It all adds up!
I recently rented a storage space from ExtraSpace storage and couldn't be happier. I reserved a storage online and was followed up promptly by the next business day to set a time to come in. After extensive research they by far have the best prices in the area. They also have carts if you do not have a drive up storage. Maria and Jason were a tremendous help in making sure my needs were met in obtaining the correct size unit and it was a breeze from my initial call to storing my stuff. I had a million questions and kept calling back and Maria was friendly every single time. I feel that my stuff is well secured here and the price is less than what I expected. I would recommend this storage place to anyone.
