Great experience so far, it was easy to sign the lease and everything was done online and over the phone, they gave me a free lock so that was a plus. Graeme made everything seamless. Moving in was easy, the place was clean and well organized. I would absolutely recommend this place to others.

This is a great Storage Space location and I highly recommend it. I have rented a unit for about two years and it has always been very clean, very safe, secure, and wonderful customer service. The Mgr. Graeme is always on site taking great care of the place. This is probably the cleanest storage space I've ever seen. The temperature in the unit is perfect for all your photos and valuables. This is the only place I would recommend. Thank you Graeme and staff!

I highly recommend Extra Space storage on Deerwood. It is safe and secure, very clean and well-maintained. Amazing customer service from the day 1 and until the moment we closed our contract. Our site manager Graeme truly cared about what we needed. He never wanted to rent out the most expensive and the biggest units. He listened to our needs carefully and recommended the option that worked the best for our family. Thank you for your business!

We've rented two units from Stora.us/1149 on Redwood Rd, San Ramon and have been very happy with their service, cleanliness and security. Their site manager, Graeme Pittock, is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Excellent storage rooms and helpful staff. It is located at a very convenient location.
We've been storing our belongings here for about 8 years after downsizing from a home to an apartment. The facility is always clean and management has been responsive to our needs. Today we called for another unit to temporarily store some furniture until a relative who wants the items can pick them up. I just walked in to look at storage and Graeme was a very helpful. He asked about my needs, didn't over sell me. Showed me several units and was not pushy. I was very pleased with Graeme's professionalism and care.
I couldn't recommend a Storage Facility more enthusiastically than this Extra Space Storage.
