This storage location is amazing. They are accommodating, appreciative of their customers, and treat you with respect. Ricky Corado manages the location and is a super guy. The hallways are safe and beyond clean! The floors shine!! With proper notice, they even accept deliveries! Unheard of, in this day and age. Pay the price for safety and cleanliness- it's worth it
I have rented space from Extra Space Storage on several occasions over the last few years for both personal and business reasons and I highly recommend this place if you value cleanliness and safety! My experiences with other facilities do not match up to the service that I got from Extra Space - right down to very pleasant and attentive management. These guys are great. They keep the place spotless and are constantly walking around the facility keeping an eye on things. We ship a lot of stuff into and out of our unit and the management always goes above and beyond to help us out with UPS, etc. Best experience we've had at a storage facility by far!
Closing at 4pm means closing at 4. I arrived at 345pm to do a drop off and he already closed access. It's 12/8 and whomever is working Sunday. I worked in the service industry and people got to order up until closing and we had to sit our happy asses there until they were finished with their drink and meal. Insane price gouging. Switch and bait tactics. False advertising to get you in there.. My bill is 140 dollars for a small space for 3 months, then today a price increase of 100 dollars. LARGE UNANNOUNCED RENT INCREASES IS A COMPANYWIDE POLICY AND TACTIC SO IT AFFECTS ALL LOCATIONS, NOT JUST THE ONE I RENTED FROM. Do not rent from Extra Space Storage. 1. Hidden in their agreement is that they can (and do) raise your rent at any time. 2. After ONE MONTH at the advertised rate that I signed up for ($167/mo) they raised it by 50%!!! 3. Very aggravated. My 80 year old Mom rented a unit back in August. The price quoted and contract signed was 390 a month I believe. Without warning her card was charged 452.00 per month. Now she gets a notice that the charge will go up to 483.31 starting 2 days after Christmas. This company is taking advantage of citizens in the area who have been displaced due to current home sales and loss of rental properties due to covid who have no choice but to store their belongings. Pricing of units is a scam. When we moved in we asked about the free month or the reduced rental and they said take the reduced rental if it's for long term so we did. They raised the rate after only six months and have done so continuously since and we never received any of their alleged "we mail notifications of rent increase by law" Why not also email this notice like everything else is? This facility is clean and modern. I hate how they give you a good rate to get you in, then, once your belongings are all neatly stored, they begin raising the prices. Just know that they will add MANDATORY insurance charges immediately and your rates will be jacked up substantially. My rates went from $163 on move-in to $229 in just 15 months.
