I have been with this storage for 2 years. I had a slight issue and was planning to leave to go to another facility, but Ricky offered me solutions and accommodated me so I could stay. The care and pride that goes into his work is truly remarkable. Especially in a time where customer service is no longer important for most company. Even though it is corporate, Ricky is there taking care of the facility, re-waxing floors, cleaning, and he is always close by, if you need him. Moving is traumatic! But renting from Extra Space Storage has been one of the easiest parts of my recent relocation. The facilities are clean, well lit, and the manager Ricky is awesome! He was professional, patient, and even helped me get a lower monthly fee. I feel safe coming and going and I would definitely recommend this place for your storage needs. This has been, by far, the easiest part of my move! Thank you :)

The manager Ricky is the absolute best! First of all I think this guy isn't human because there's no way he sleeps! He's ALWAYS there! He's always helpful, courteous, respectful, responsive, & just a genuinely nice person. It's crazy to think there are still people like this that don't get irritated or make you feel rushed to talk to them. Okay, so storage is not your heart's upscale desire. But sometimes a person just needs storage space -- especially at the rental rates around Venice. If that's you, you can't do any better than Extra Space. Location is great with easy access heading E or W on Venice Blvd. The facility was remodeled about 3 years ago, so it's comfortable and clean, several elevators. Very safe and nice storage in the center of Abbot Kinney,Ricky is very knowledgeable and nice - We enjoy the first month for free and the insurance included for a really good price. Thanks

I was there for less than a month and as a result was only charged for the lock and minor insurance. It came out to around $50. It was a good deal and the guy there was friendly.
