The manager Ricky is the absolute best! First of all I think this guy isn't human because there's no way he sleeps! He's ALWAYS there! He's always helpful, courteous, respectful, responsive, & just a genuinely nice person. It's crazy to think there are still people like this that don't get irritated or make you feel rushed to talk to them. Okay, so storage is not your heart's upscale desire. But sometimes a person just needs storage space -- especially at the rental rates around Venice. If that's you, you can't do any better than Extra Space. Location is great with easy access heading E or W on Venice Blvd. The facility was remodeled about 3 years ago, so it's comfortable and clean, several elevators. I was there for less than a month and as a result was only charged for the lock and minor insurance. It came out to around $50. It was a good deal and the guy there was friendly.
Just wrapped up nearly 2 years at the extra space storage in Venice. Excellent service, spotless storage. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.
Nice and convenient location, very simple and easy access. It's a nice looking facility which makes using it more appealing than other storage units I know of, which is a detail that I don't care about.
Ricky was a tremendous help finding me a unit that worked for my needs! He showed me several units and helped me find the one that worked best. I felt I had a partner in my move. The property and unit themselves are very clean and well maintained. No signs of pests or insects. Wide hallways, number of entrances. Great hours! It's my second time coming to this property and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs storage!
