This Extra Space Storage location is run very well because of Ricky, the manager! He has always been helpful, available and reliable! The building is really clean and well lit. I had to keep some of my items on hold here because I moved out of state. I had a mover take my things out for me and closing my account from a distance went very smoothly! Thanks Ricky!

So after looking at a place closer to my apartment someone told me about this facility. After speaking to Ricky for 30 seconds I knew he ran his facility clean and safe and professionally. That's what I like to spend money on, someone who cares about their business. This place has security alarms for every unit. Also never saw a dirty floor or sketchy folks roaming around which is very common for the area.

Moved in about a week ago - so far very pleased. The facility is very clean and all units are made out of metal (turns out this is not the case in all ESS facilities). But the thing that really stands out in this location is the manager - Ricky, who has an exceptional customer service approach. ESS would be wise to have him train others on customer service.

Nice facility. Always clean. Great customer service. Can get a little weird after hours with locals/neighbors but they're harmless.

Moving is a hard enough process and when renting a storage unit bad customer service and a sour experience is the last thing you need. I looked into other storage places before renting from extra space, and nothing compares to extra space. They were so helpful, patient and informative and made the whole process so easy. Their units are all well lit, they have roll up doors and they have carts to help you move.. Thank you extra space!

I have been with this storage for 2 years. I had a slight issue and was planning to leave to go to another facility, but Ricky offered me solutions and accommodated me so I could stay. The care and pride that goes into his work is truly remarkable. Especially in a time where customer service is no longer important for most company. Moving is traumatic! But renting from Extra Space Storage has been one of the easiest parts of my recent relocation. The facilities are clean, well lit, and the manager Ricky is awesome!
