Shout out to Emily! Great customer service and very helpful. I appreciate it when I receive understanding and prompt service. I was able to store for the time that I needed, and move out with ease and a great experience. Will definitely come back when I need to store items again!

Excellent customer service. Nice clean building with roomy storage spaces at a reasonable cost. Each renter has their own code to enter the building, and it is checked at each check point. If you miss a check point the alarm goes off if you want to enter your storage space, which makes me feel comfortable about leaving my expensive furniture here. Plus the manager, Steve, was helpful and courteous. Highly recommended.

Best storage in the area. Clean, kind and reliable. I've been renting here for 2 years and there was a price increase so I shopped around and I now understand why Extra space storage and the Venice location in particular is more expensive. Tip...talk to them about your concerns and if you can, pre pay for the year to lock in the rate. You can cancel and get a refund for any unused months if you decide to move.

Thank you Extra Space Storage for your excellent service and help. Being a customer for over a year and never had problems. The storage is very clean, placed in great location and has the best hours in the aria. Special thank to RickI for being super helpful professional and easy to communicate. Highly recommended, you'll not be disappointed!

What a great experience I had with Ricky today! I'm moving a few things into storage for the first time ever and Ricky was kind enough to show me to my unit, walk me through the lock system and was courteous and professional throughout. The building is clean and secure and open until 10pm each night. What a great first impression!

I have rented off and on at this location for over ten years. Ricky the manager was there for me from the beginning of my involvement with Extra Space until the end of my stay . Over the years Ricky was always friendly , knowledgable and thoughtful. I am a traveling musician and would sometimes get a reminder phone call from him when my rent was due if I happened to have forgotten to do it . Wow! .........Thank you Ricky for taking care of me and getting the extra space I have been needing! Since the Pandemic- I have been trying to create a better living space in my apartment and needed to store a large amount of items.
