Nice and convenient location, very simple and easy access. It's a nice looking facility which makes using it more appealing than other storage units I know of, which is a detail that I don't care about.
Ricky was a tremendous help finding me a unit that worked for my needs! He showed me several units and helped me find the one that worked best. I felt I had a partner in my move. The property and unit themselves are very clean and well maintained. No signs of pests or insects. Wide hallways, number of entrances. Great hours! It's my second time coming to this property and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs storage!
My experience was great! Simple, easy and quick to get a unit. Talked to a rep, made appt to see unit, made reservation for unit while i checked out their competitors, went back and took the unit all within a week . The reservation is good for 10 days. They had excellent follow up on my reservation too Very very clean grounds - new storage bldg , elevator has always worked Doesn't smell like some storage places and great access hours . Fairly priced. Fit the bill for my needs Manager is always nice
This spot is clean, friendly and so easy. I have rented 3 units here thus far. They also do what's called a hold harmless that allows you to accept shipments to the unit when you are not there. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have never seen a storage facility this clean. Terri, who showed me all around and helped me find the right unit for us, was fantastic. She was very patient with all my questions. Access to the units is perfect. The carts are easy to manage. Lights on motion detectors and magnetic doors on timers are all plusses. The large roll up doors make loading in super easy. I couldn't be happier.
The service this location promoted was really good. Ricky was always helpful with any issue and pleased to help setting up the account and the storage unit. Great to make business with!

I have been impressed more and more with each passing day by the attention to detail spent by all I have met through Extra Space Storage. What a great notion that by having a business, wanting a reliable space to charge my phone, use the restroom and feel safe. I think that's most important. I really do trust that everything that I own will be kept safe. Thank you Extra Space!!!
Amidst the chaos of moving and shuffling belongings, this oasis - with its pristine grounds, super friendly and helpful staff and straight-forward, no hassle lease terms - was just the breath of fresh air I needed.
