Employees here helped me get a unit and move in quickly. I was in a hard pressed situation with time and they helped me move in my belongings that day with little issue. I would definitely recommend this location to others!
I was misinformed on one small detail and when I went back with my concern they were very helpfu- - spoke with the manager and got all sorted very nice service indeed ,.....
I was pleasantly surprised how easy the process to rent was and the manager was very professional
Excellent location as it is easily accessible from Manhattan, access to floor is secure. Storage floor is well lit and air conditioned.

They made my storage process so easy!! The price is fantastic and they were super friendly during what was admittedly a stressful couple days.

The customer service is great and Shateeka was extremely helpful to me. My only problems were getting my stuff from my van into the building was not easy––there's a winding switchback ramp and it's very difficult to push a dolly up it. Also, the building closes at 7 pm and after that you can't access your unit.
