Very easy move in. There are not many spaces to park your vehicle, so I would recommend arriving early in the day. It would be helpful to receive instructions on where to park to offload storage items. Staff was friendly and helpful. We used the online reservation/ confirmation system and were told the lock would be inside the unit. Unit was actually locked on arrival and we had to coordinate with the staff to be able to access the unit.

Setting up storage was fast and easy with Extra Space. I called the main number, and the associate set an appointment for me at the nearby location. When I arrived, they were ready for me, and the gentleman who works in the office, showed me several units, explained the price points and conditions very well. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt I was in good hands. The space is kept very clean.
