The staff is extremely personable and very nice! The units are clean and reasonably priced. Parking for loading/unloading is also convenient.
Very friendly, informative staff. Was able to reserve my unit the day I needed to move stuff in. Very simple move out process (only required 3 days notice). fair prices and lots of different options. My second time storing with them and not my last :)
Isaiah truly helped me out a lot showed me the space and even helped me pick out packing supplies and recommended me movers!
I'm moving to California but my move in date for extra space in LA is a Sunday. Office is closed. The national call center directed me to a local extra space to do my contract with them locally for the unit 3000 miles away. Here's where Emilio comes in. This guy is a rockstar. Great location for me. The guys were very patient and helpful since this was my first time. The hours are convenient. The only thing that's annoying is the condition of the "dollies" used to transport the boxes. One is broken (handle comes out) and there are just 2 other ones. So if they are busy, you have to wait. So far, lol, I have not had that problem and I hope I never do. Otherwise, thumbs up for Jose and Kevin! I'm glad I made the investment.

A great place for storage. The staff are fantastic. So helpful and knowledgeable. really friendly but not pushy like other places. I wasn't sure what size storage I needed so they patiently showed me several units until I was able to narrow it down. Move in day was easy. Efficient system to register. All online. Highly recommended.
The space is super clean and very well managed. Eddie, the assistant manager was extremely helpful and pleasant. He went out of his way to offer assistance. What a pleasant experience ! Thank you!
